St. Clare’s Homes for Children

  1. Seeking hands-on volunteers to assist Child Healthcare Worker

  2. Hours: Evenings and Weekends

  3. Locations: Jersey City, Neptune, Elizabeth, NJ

  4. Commitment: Scheduled on a regular basis for at least 6-months

  5. Requirements: Background check; health and immunization records needed

St. Clare’s Social Services

  1. Seeking intern-level volunteers with a background in social services or public health

  2. Hours: Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm

  3. Location: Newark, NJ

Academy Street Firehouse Youth Program

  1. Seeking intern-level volunteers to assist facilitators

  2. Seeking professional-level volunteers for fundraising and mentoring

  3. Seeking hands-on volunteers to tutor school-age students and teenagers

  4. Hours: Tuesday – Friday from 5pm – 8pm

  5. Location: Newark, NJ

  6. Commitment: Scheduled on a regular basis (weekly)

  7. Requirements: Background check; health and immunization records needed

St. Clare’s Summer Camp

  1. Seeking hands-on volunteers to lead camp activities and assist with camp operations

  2. Hours: 2-night, 3-days in the month of August

  3. Location: Monmouth County, NJ

Administration

  1. Seeking volunteers as needed for special projects, clerical, and event outreach

  2. Seeking professional-level volunteers with a background in fundraising, marketing, and design

  3. Hours:  As needed and flexible

  4. Location: Newark, NJ-based and flexible
