Join Our Team
Whether as a administrator, healthcare worker, or volunteer, each member of our team has something of value to offer the mission and communities served through AIDS Resource Foundation for Children. Common values shared by our staff and volunteers include compassion, integrity, and commitment.
There are a lot of people who make ARFC a special place. At the center, is a core of volunteers who are dedicated to helping others make positive changes in their lives. Our volunteers are dependable, vibrant and understanding. They give not only their time, but also their hearts - ARFC is a better place because of them.
Realizing how each staff member and volunteer plays an integral role in our success, we look for individuals who want to make a difference in their communities. The AIDS Resource Foundation for Children welcomes the opportunity to speak with individuals who share our values. If you would like to support our mission and be a part of our team, please contact us today!

Volunteer Opportunities & Responsibilities
|
St. Clare's Homes for Children Locations: Elizabeth, Jersey City, and Neptune, NJ
The St. Clare's Homes care for medically fragile children (ages birth-12yrs) in a loving home-like environment. The Homes are seeking once-weekly volunteers to help 2-3 hours on a weekday evening (between 4-8pm). Weekend volunteers are also welcome on a regular basis, during the day or evening.
Volunteer activities include assisting with housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, interacting with children, and helping with the daily tasks of our child healthcare workers.
Due to the health and well-being considerations of the children in St. Clare's Homes, we ask that volunteers commit a minimum of 6 months to this service. We also require background checks and proof of immunizations.
The St. Clare's Homes are beautiful places for vulnerable children who need our assistance. We look forward to volunteers who can help us continue to provide quality care with love and compassion.
