SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR

FULL TIME

Counsel and aid individuals and families requiring assistance dealing with substance (drug/alcohol) abuse issues.  Must be able to relate to diverse populations, have group facilitating experience and knowledge of local resources.  CADC or CADA or SAC a must.  Prior substance abuse counseling experience HIGHLY preferred.

The AIDS Resource Foundation for Children, Inc. (ARFC) a pediatric community transitional home services provider has unique opportunities for RNs, LPNs, and Child Care Worker who enjoys working with children.

Founded in 1987, ARFC operates three pediatric community transitional homes, licensed by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services.  Located in Elizabeth, Jersey City, and Neptune, NJ, each home has a maximum of five (5) beds.
